The Varaba House has such a good energy from the moment one steps in; we've stayed in a nice room in the attic - modern, functional, immaculate, comfortable beds, generous top-quality toiletries, everything one would expect from a five-star hotel is there, with that personal touch one would occasionally miss in the big hotels. The hotel's landscaping is well maintained; there are a few cute and super friendly pets... in a word, perfection in its best! Breakfast - delicious, presented in a style! From the moment we arrived, we felt like princesses thanks to the incredibly warm and smiley customer service. The staff were always there to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant—absolutely unforgettable! Even though the swimming pool was under renovation, we had access to the pool at the sister hotel, Electra Metropolis, just a short 2-minute walk away, which was a perfect alternative. Overall, we are beyond happy with our stay and will cherish these memories for a long time. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special!

Amazing Staff, location was perfect for exploring Athens, not far from shops and bars at all. The room was gorgeous, clean, with plenty of space. The hotel is just off one of the busier areas, but as it goes back on a small street, its lovely and quiet of an evening and when sleeping. There is a small roof terrace where you are able to sit with a drink and look out to the acropolis

In proximity to the business, historic and cultural centre of Athens, Urban Residence is located in Marousi. The elegantly decorated apartments feature free WiFi. Shopping malls are located within walking distance. EVERYTHING! This is our fourth stay; and we love it. The apartments are nice, comfortable, very clean and they have everything you need. Bed and pillows are comfy, lots of space to store your clothes. Big balconies with good outdoor funiture. Housekeeping is excellent. We always choose Urban Residences when we don't want to stay in the center of Athens or when we prefer to stay in this area. Mr. Iannis and Mrs. Toula they always go above and beyond to help and please you. Excellent hostesses!
