Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The room is very comfortable and super clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is perfect. You feel at home.

As a part of the Design Hotels™ network of exclusive global properties, the rooms here will provide you with 'Nespresso coffee machine and traditional Chinese tea. It also offers a TV and air conditioning. Featuring a marble rain shower, the private bathrooms also come with free toiletries. Extra includes Built-in Chromecast. Location was great, staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was so clean and comfortable. Egg tarts are yummy :) Specifically I want to thank the lady who works in the breakfast at the early morning. She was great!

The hotel is located a 40-minute drive from Hong Kong International Airport and a 10-minute walk from Star Street featuring galleries, chic furniture outlets, trendy booksellers, cosy cafés and stylish restaurants. The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is situated about 1 km away. recently had the pleasure of staying at The Upper House Hotel in Hong Kong for one night and I must say, it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Designed with meticulous detail by world-renowned Interior Designer Pierre Yves Rochon, the new Lanson Place Causeway Bay will confidently showcase the personality of Lanson Place and its unique blend of modernity and French flair. everything. from check in to the staffs friendliness, very helpful, housekeeping excellent, breakfast very good, location great. staffs shared alot of info regarding transportation, etc. will stay in this hotel again next time.

Situated in Sheung Wan district, One96 is one of the luxury boutique hotels from the National Hotels collection. It is a 15-minute walk from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal.

Each of the full-floor one-bedroom suites features soothing modern interiors in a neutral palette that is complemented by an abundance of natural light from the large windows. In addition, every floor delivers open city views, with penthouse floors offering Victoria Harbour views. From the moment of check in until the check out the staff was treating us truly exceptionally. They were so kind and so welcoming that it made our stay unforgettable. The location is great, close to train station and metro. This will definitely be a hotel that we will return to!
