Shared kitchen is very practical, clean and well-equipped. And owners are good people, just the kind you would want your landlords to be like. Everything was handled very well. The location of the accommodation is excellent, everything is just a few minutes' walk away: shops, restaurants, the harbor, the beach, and the old town.

It is central location of Old City of Sibenik nearby historic sites and very close to the sea Marina.

Guests can visit the historic town of Rogoznica, 2 km from the Perla Resort. The accommodation was very good and exactly what we needed for my father who had problems walking and needed a wheelchair - all was accessible by lift and close-by. We were offered beach-towels upon arrival and there were plenty of deckchairs available next to very clean swimming-pools and at the beach, which was also very easily accessible. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. Each day the rooms were cleaned - we got fresh towels daily and the floors were mopped. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. Close-by is a large market and the beautiful town Rogoznica with its many restaurants and ice-cream stores is in walking distance, but can also be easily reached by car. We highly recommend this very nice place.

Free Wi-Fi is provided. STAFF STAFF STAFF! I Had an exceptional experience with this Hotel because of the staff. All the staff from the front desk to Kitchen was EXCEPTIONAL! We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we ended up staying 5 nights because of the staff. Extremely caring and professional, Everyone was smiling the whole time and taking care of us with our 2 years old boy. I felt very welcomed and taken care off during my stay.
