The location was perfect, near the water and approx 20 min walk to the old town. Boba - the woman managing the property - was warm and friendly and was extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed; we were on the ground floor and next to the pool, which was perfect! Thank-you Boba, we will return!

The Apartments & Rooms Kolovare Beach are within an easy 15-min walk of the Zadar old town and a 15-min walk to the bus station. The room that we stayed in was newly renovated and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water. The room was not a suite, but rather a good sized room. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. Nina met us at check in and was helpful with maps, directions, and suggestions for restaurants. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Sobe Pegla is located 15 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the historic centre of Zadar. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access and a balcony, and a pebbly beach can be found within a 1-km radius. The room was perfect, clean, confortable, good AC and perfect location. The host gave us great recommandations and was so nice ! I couldn’t expect better from our stay. Would highly recommande to stay at Sobe Pegla !!

The property is located 200 metres from a sports centre and an indoor pool. We are very pleased with the stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were good and the service was very nice. We recommend 👌

Located in the very heart of Zadar, Apartments Exclusive Center enjoys a quite location only 100 metres from the Roman Forum and St. Donatus Church. It offers bright, air-conditioned apartment decorated with stone wall elements. Free WiFi access is available. Great location and a comfortable apartment with two large bedrooms. Light and airy with good size windows. Parking in shoulder season was cheap and easy right near the apartment (€4 per day in zone 2). Host Ivana is a quick and effective communicator.

There’s no parking in the old town but we were able to park right outside and only walked a few minutes to the room. The host had also sent us a few locations for parking. We loved it. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

The property overlooks the Roman Forum and is 1.5 km from the popular Kolovare Beach. Lovely place well decorated spacious and Andrea is sooo helpful! Thanks again for everything!

Overlooking the sea and the Old Town harbor from their large windows, these luxurious studios have modern hand-made furniture, designer details and floor heating. The en-suite bathrooms each have a rain and massage shower, and you can also enjoy the oval bath in the living area. Complimentary teas and toiletries are available, as is a Nespresso® coffee maker. Great location next to the old town with a great view at the port. With a bit of luck you can find parking nearby; our car was parked just under our window. The walk to the old town is about 5 minutes across a pedestrian bridge. The apartment is unique and special, well equipped with a lot of kitchen utensils, lot of towels and so on. Wifi is strong and stable. Great value for money. Definitely recommended.
