Loved the cottage I was in. Big and spacious. This was the at the end of the property. Away from the pool. Lovely to sit on the veranda and read. There is an homely atmosphere everywhere. Staff are very helpful. Food was excellent for me. I like Indonesian / Javanese food so was quite happy to have what was on the menu. They even went out of the way to prepare a local dish specially for me called "nasi liwet".

OKU Japanese Restaurant serves Japanese food that combines modern take and traditional flavours. Kempi Deli presents a range of amazing cakes, and can also cater to customised cake requests. This hotel is coveniently located on the main road leading to National Monument and to skyscraper with the observatory on the 99th floor. The hotel is also connected to the Indonesia mall which was also super convenient. The room on the 15th floor was super tidy and spacious, we also had a nice view of the roundabout and the fountain on the road! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food offered. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Highly recommended stay!

The property itself is stunning and the rooms are quiet and beautiful as well. Food in both restaurants is exceptional. The quality of the spa treatments is really good and last but not least: reception staff is going out of their way to accomodate all of their guests wishes. We had a few special requirements due to changes in our travel plan and John and Anita were ever so helpful and made everthing happen without batting an eye. I would book this hotel again for sure and can not recommend it enough.
