You can enjoy a city view from most of the rooms. Solo female traveler: Everything! It’s even better than the pictures! The neighbourhood is very calm, safe. I’ve been in Delhi 3 times and this was definitely the best! My room was also extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was splendid . The owner of the property and team also gave me great tips for restaurants and markets. I really felt home!

Located in a safe and quiet area, with clean and modern rooms, comfy beds, and really lovely staff that went out of their way to help you. We stayed at a Mariott Courtyard just before coming here and I would say the Colonel's Retreat staff were significantly more considerate and ready to help. There were little details throughout our stay that made one think that the Colonel's Retreat really cared about their guests - small dark chocolates to welcome you to your room, home made multi-grain bread, banana bread and marmalades at breakfast, and non-intrusive asking if there was anything to make our stay better. My favourite stay in Delhi so far!

Great Experience at Hotel Krishna RCG, Paharganj The staff here are truly amazing. I had booked a Deluxe Room but arrived very late at around 3 AM. Despite that, they kindly gave me a Family Suite for the night — a much costlier room — but only charged me the Deluxe rate. Even better, they didn’t ask me to shift the next day, so I stayed in the suite the whole time. I really appreciate their generosity and warm service, especially the receptionists — very polite and helpful. Among all hotels I’ve stayed at in Paharganj, this one is the best. This was my second stay here, and I’ll surely come again.
