The room was WOW, beautifully appointed, spacious and the bathroom magnificent. I appreciated the amenities like coffee filter & moisturizer, things you don’t expect in this price bracket. Every turn and every corner was photo worthy, just stunning. The breakfast menu was wonderful, many choices and it was delicious and generous. They offer a shuttle to their restaurant The Peacock (I Think it’s called). I also enjoyed an amazing meal here. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help with any small request. The roof top restaurant is amazing views with fantastic food.

This was really a pleasant stay at Welcome heritage. all the facilities were within hotels including restaurant, bar, swimming pool and spa. all the tourist destinations are well within 4/5 km distance. Mr. Dheeraj and his team is doing excellent work.

Khatu Haveli is a heritage property built in the 19th century has 3 courtyards and magnificent arches and terraces. It is located in Jaipur, just 1.5 km from Nahargarh Fort and 10 km from Jal Mahal Palace at Mansagar Lake. Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel. The hotel is classy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is the cleanest during my whole India trip. The vibe is good here, feeling like home, quiet and peaceful. I easily made friends here because everybody had dinner and breakfast together(if you want). Oh, not even talking about the amazing rooftop yet, that was the reason I booked this hotel but the hotel ended up delivering much more than these! The location is close to City Palace and the markets.

Paresh and Gautam went above and beyond to assist us. They tirelessly coordinated with the airport authorities, provided constant updates, and ensured that our luggage was located and delivered to us promptly. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile turned a potentially disastrous situation into a manageable one. Their professionalism, empathy, and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. Thanks to Paresh and Gautam, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay without any worries. We highly recommend Shahpura House for its beautiful ambiance and outstanding staff.
