Located in the colonial city of Fort Cochin, Tissa's Inn is housed in a mansion 1 km from Fort Cochin Beach and Chinese Fishing Nets. It offers an outdoor pool and massage services. Free parking is provided. Room was spacious and very neat. Staff was very courteous, prompt and helpful. Everyone spoke English, so we didn't feel like language was a problem. The hotel is located centrally in Fort Kochi so all the attractions are in a 5 kms radius. They also helped us in finding a scooty (which is 200m from the hotel), and finalise our tickets for a great kathakali show (everyone MUST go) that happens daily, nearby. The Water Metro and ferry are 5 mins away. We had booked breakfast at the hotel, and it was FANTASTIC. They serve a South Indian and a continental spread, and both were yummy! Loved the ambience, and the pool on the rooftop is cool too. Thanking everyone at Tissa's Inn for their hospitality and care. We'll be back soon!

From their beautfiul oasis of a property with every facility you could need my sister and I had an amazing staycation at the Taj Malabar. We were only there for one night, but the staff made us feel so very welcome - and I mean every single staff member we encoutered! We had fabulous food with a made-on-request item at breakfast from Chef Sunil, great service at the restaurant from Alex and Dinesh, Latheef gave us amazing information about their garden and plants, Jasmine gave us a warm welcome and a great boat tour. There was an out of this world floral arrangement at the entrance and we were given an extensive overview of how that beauty comes together. We really enjoyed our stay overall but the staff made it extra special. The room in and of itself had a great view (501) and was impeccably decorated, with a smart TV. Super comfy bed and sheets - as with all hotels in the Taj family.

The staff were outstanding and very friendly and helpful. The menu for breakfast had both indian and european option. Included large plates of fresh fruit. Due to location we chose to eat at hotel.and there was enough variety of food , it was fresh and tasted great ! Staff very attentive. Great views and rooftop dining. We had views from our bedroom. You can walk through tea plantation and side roads to walk down past village houses. Also 15 min walk to Kathakali Show. We chose this location to be away from the busyness of Munnar after full days out , and definitely right choice for us. Nice to wake up to mountain and tea plantation views
