It operates a 24-hour front desk and provides free Wi-Fi access in the entire property. The hotel has a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The restaurant was excellent — the chef adapted the dishes to our needs and everything was delicious. The staff was extremely kind, always attentive, and helped us with everything. An incredible place — we’ll definitely be back!

Originally built to serve as the mayor’s residence, this 5-star heritage property is surrounded by a garden and is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. Call out to Padmini the housekeeper who went above and beyond to make our stay better. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the sights in French quarter. The manager Kavitha is fab! The courtyard restaurant, greenery and I have to mention my favourite cocktail, the green mango margarita!

The swimming pool on the roof was a real bonus and had stunning views of the city. Couldn't fault it.

Food was delicious a huge range to choose from breakfast was absolutely delicious. The pastries were beautiful. My bed was so comfortable , aircon was great , Thank you for making my holiday memorable . 10 out of 10 .
