It's a gem amidst the chaos and hustle and bustle of the streets. The tucked away entrance and warm welcome was such a treat. The reception area was just gorgeous, well kept and so inviting. It was a perfect escape to sit and unwind from everything. The spa, pools ( yes 3) and exceptional dining areas and liquid lounge offers great experience. The staff are warm, friendly and well spoken. I could go on...

Each room provides you with cable TV, bottled water, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and some premium rooms bathrooms have a bath tub as well hot water showers. A quiet haven amidst the busy streets of Varanasi, but everything is very accessible once you find your way around. The room was big, bed comfortable, and the shower hot. The restaurant serves beautiful, hygenic, food (I had lamb or chicken every night.) What really makes this hotel is the staff. From a welcome ceremony with a gift of Shiva necklaces, to a parting gift of photographs of our arrival, the reception staff and room staff were so kind and helpful. A special mention for Divakar in the restaurant, who helped with menu choices, gave lots of information about the city and his culture and even personally cooked my omelette on the last morning, which was delicious. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Staff are well-behaved, from the security guard, house keeping are well-mannered. Food Quality and Quantity are excellent, but yes, rates are a little expensive. Breakfast didn't have many options and was very minimal, and standard 3 to 4 items. Has an excellent Resto-Bar with a decent crowd and Music.
