The interior of eco-friendly Guesthouse 1x6 is mostly built from recycled materials and driftwood, created by a local artist. The individually designed rooms have access to a shared bathroom, with a unique mix of bathroom tiles salvaged from local construction sites. Andi was a wonderful host. Funny, in tune with each guest and very helpful.

Raven’s Bed & Breakfast is a converted traditional cow house which has been renovated into a unique guest house. The original wooden beams and certain decorative items remain from its past. Just 7 minutes’ drive from Keflavík International Airport, this B&B features an outdoor hot tub and a furnished terrace. WiFi and parking are free. Reynir went above and beyond for us. We arrived at the airport early yet Reynir came to meet us, he managed to accommodate us even though we were early. He even gave us soup to warm us up. We were allocated the 'Music Room' which had memorabilia from music history and the most comfortable bed you could find. The 2 bathrooms were communal but they were spacious and clean. The Raven's bed and breakfast is an old barn which has been well converted. Breakfast was simple yet tasty and the whole experience was quirky yet very good. Thanks, Reynir for your hospitality.

This boutique hotel is next to central Keflavik’s picturesque marina, 3.5 km from Keflavik Airport. It offers free WiFi, free on-site parking, as well as a rooftop sitting pool to relax in and enjoy the surroundings. Relaxing hotell, very good restaurant and nice personell. Pool at the top was nice too.

We can open three 25-inch suitcases at the same time in the triple room, and the bathroom is not too small. There is a coat rack and shoe chair in the room as well, which is considerate. The public rest area has comfortable sofa where you can view the nearby volcanic landscape and the geothermal power plant in the distance. Free and paid drinks and snacks are also available. The restaurant is comfortable and bright, and the menus for lunch and dinner are different, which is a very considerate design. The shuttle bus is very convenient, and you can also book a taxi to the airport. The response to messages is very fast. It is a customer friendly inn ran by the passionate owners.
