This 5-star boutique hotel is located in Milan's historic centre, an 8-minute walk from Piazza San Babila and the fashion area of Via Montenapoleone. Each room offers elegant parquet floors, an LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel made every effort to meet our needs and requests. The reception staff are very helpful and warm. We ordered a standard double but the room was very spacious. It was very quiet and we rested well. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room atmosphere was pleasant and elegant. The breakfast wait staff was very efficient and helpful. The price is very reasonable for a five star hotel.

It offers a well-equipped fitness area, plus elegant rooms with free WiFi. Shopping is extremely convenient, with all the luxury boutiques just a few steps away. The breakfast is delicious, delicate, and healthy—I really enjoy it. The hotel looks even better and more exquisite than in the photos. I love the room and bathroom space, especially the bathtub. The quality of the toiletries is excellent, with a very pleasant scent and they are very effective. The hotel staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Although the restaurant at this hotel has limited seating, I highly recommend dining here. The food is much better than nearby top-tier five-star hotels. The chef's skill is unforgettable. It's truly warm and delicious Italian cuisine. Next time I'm in Milan, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel staff are happy to provide tourist and travel information. EVERYTHING!!! If I could rate this 11/10, I would. The staff, the generous amenities, and its convenience location on top of a checkout that happens to be later than most hotels. What else could you ask?
