Palace Suite is set in a pedestrian-only area in Trieste’s centre, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and 500 metres from Piazza dell’Unità. It offers design suites and studios, with free Wi-Fi. Check-in take place opposite the property. I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! It was perfectly clean, updated and modern, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and everything you could need. But what was even MORE than perfect was the staff, particularly VASILY at check in! He is an amazingly aware and perceptive individual, and sensing the need at check in, he instantly took complete control of a situation to ensure my safety. He did this in an unbelievably discrete and professional manner yet with incredible strength and confidence, as well as genuine concern and caring. I don't think I have ever been so impressed with anyone in my life!!! He made me feel completely safe!!! Vasily's actions put this already perfect property off the charts! I cannot say enough!!!

The hotel is great, room is comfy though had a view of an internal yard / shaft, (but that didn`t bother me much) clean, spacious...Staff / frontdesk are very helpfull. Needed to change pillows...They had options of which pillow is your favoutite. Library area very relaxing. Easy reach to everywhere. Bus stop just infront of hotel, Station 15 mins walk. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel. BONUS....if you decide to go for a day trip to Slovenia or Croatia with "Get Your Guide"...pickup location is this Hotel....So...what else do you need?

Rooms are spacious and come in minimalist design with mostly black and white colours and very particular armchairs. You have free wired internet in your room and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Whole hotel and especially stuff were great and friendly!

The breakfast is perfect and the personal touch preparing eggs as you wish extends that. The location is absolute in the center and nevertheless good free parking option. It's the perfect location to combine leisure and work. Palmanova city, the region with many intereresting spots (food, etc.), the sea and the outlet. It'sa great location from where you can do whatever you want. Weŗe coming here every year for one or two days and will continue to do so.
