Location is good, right in front of the ferry terminal, and only 5 to 6 minutes walk from the Varenna-Esino train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Charming Bellagio Boutique Hotel is a 12-minute walk from the centre of Bellagio and the ferry terminal with links across Lake Como. The people running this hotel were absolutely wonderful. Everything was smooth and easy (parking, checking-in, ...). Moreover, the place looked beautiful, was nicely located, had a modern feel and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The walk to the town centre was really quick and actually nice. We had to change our plans a bit and the manager and staff were very understanding and accommodating. We enjoy smaller local-owner boutique hotels and this one is definitely a recommended one. Hope to come back soon again!

The units provide WiFi access and a flat-screen TV, some also offer lake views. The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was also nice, with a short distance to a grocery store, bus stop and ferry port. The host was very helpful, and there was good communication throughout. I can definitely staying here again if I go back to Lake Como.
