The location of the hotel is excellent as it is opposite ferry pier which makes it very easy to move around Lake Como. The room was big, clean and nice. The hotel staff was super friendly, really lovely, smiling people always willing to help and answer any questions.

Although the road up the mountain is winding, the view from the top is totally worth it, just like from the room. Even though the bathroom was not in the room but in the hallway, it was not inconvenient and was entirely private and tidy. The breakfast was average but good. The host was extremely kind and helpful. I can only recommend the place its perfect value for money.

The staff went out of their way to service us. And they were so approachable and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and a treat. it was quit yet close to downtown. great views.
