The bathroom was ample w bathtub. The service was very kind and informative. The location was at walking distance from mercato, main piazza, shopping, and major attractions. There is no better place to stay in Ravenna.

The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our two children with small slippers and little gifts, that we were not at all expecting. It made them feel welcome and was a lovely gesture. The location was very comfortable, within walking distance of all the most important things to see in Ravenna. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity was very easy and inexpensive.

M Club De Luxe B&B is set in a refurbished 15-th century building, located in the pedestrian-only shopping area of Ravenna. The en suite rooms come with parquet floors, personalised furnishings, and precious paintings. Everything from pre-stay communication to checking out was phenomenal. The owner, Michael, is amazing. The property is beautiful, and Ravenna is a wonderful city. We can’t wait to go there again.

I have stayed in many hotels in Rimini, Italy and around Europe and this one is the best value for money and the best customer service. Absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional, all of the staff members are great, especially Cristian. The building is the newest out of all the hotels i stayed in rimini, irs very close to the beach and supermarkets are a 5 minute walk and there is a very cheap breakfast option in the hotel.

I love the atmosphere in the hotel and how easy is everything. also very cool that they have an elevator and access for people with a stroller or a wheelchair. and nice breakfast.

Alberto was an amazing host and we had true Italian breakfast every morning. The view from our room was amazing. The location is perfect. There were 100 restaurants and little shops within easy walking distance. Even a small supermarket and there is a kitchenette in the room so we could cook our own meals and save money when we wanted.
