A very warm welcome and hospitality from Domenico. Stunning large light rooms with high ceilings and doors going out onto large terrace. Amazing wide views of the town and Mt Etna - sunrise and sunset. Fridge provided. Great shower. Exceptional delicious home cooked large breakfasts each morning with views of the town. Domenico parked our cars in his garage. He is passionate about Taormina and Villa Sara, and gave us numerous tips of places to go and see. Restaurant Villa Greta is next door and has delicious food and great views of the town. We stayed 2 nights, thoroughly enjoyed our time looking around. There is so much to see and do in Taormina that we could have stayed longer. 100% recommend, hospitality, room, views and breakfast.

Just a 5-minute walk from Taormina's main square, Casa Cuseni, Patrimonio Culturale Immateriale UNESCO is a historical B&B housed in a museum of fine arts declared a national monument. The building and its historic garden were designed by Frank Brangwyn, and are complete with 13 panoramic terraces, 7 fountains, and rare plants. The view from the terrace is spectacular, the pool was great, breakfast was good, and sights and restaurants in Taormina are walking distance. But these are not the reasons you should go here. Casa cuseni is not a standard hotel. It is extraordinary - truly a "if walls could talk" kind of place - full of history, culture and passionate people. Highly recommended!

Set in Taormina's historic centre, Residence Degli Agrumi is 5 minutes' walk from the Greek Theatre. It offers modern, air-conditioned apartments with a balcony, full cooking facilities and free Wi-Fi. Location was amazing. Loads of bars, restaurantes, stores and the Main Street in Town. The property also had a garage (which we needed and was very hard to find in Taormina), and was really spacious. Beds were comfortable and the terrace was lovely. Bear in mind that this is a 3 floor building and you may have to get up stairs with your luggage.
