We love this place! It's one of the most favourite places my boyfriend and I have been staying in this 3-weeks road trip in Japan :) The modern adaptation and design of a traditional Japanese house is super nice! Everything is clean and tidy as well!

Stunning! After a long and hot bike ride from Onomichi, we were greeted by the most lovely couple, with amazing orange flavoured icey cold drinks which were amazing! Staff were very welcoming, helped us make dinner arrangements and even showed me how to use my bike lock! The room was absolutely wonderful, I think this property is a must visit!

The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well designed, the staff were extra helpful going out of their way to help me with my requests.

Located at the heart of Matsuyama (above the train station). The room was well designed, small but perfectly formed with a good style.

The host was super nice and we were greeted with loads of information and a hand drawn map of the town. The house itself is very cool and was created a love for detail and design.

The building designed by Ando is amazing. The views from the room is spectacular. Food was very delicious and of course service is top notch.

Extremely helpful staff. Great location. Compact room seemed well designed, with more storage space than some other hotels provide in similar rooms.

Kind and helpful staff, a big comfortable room with lovely traditional design and the meals were delicious. It was a great stay, the staff went above and beyond for us.
