And there is a friendly staff can guide you, u can just show him the destination, he will tell you how to get there. Around the hotel, everything is convenient. U can see the hell valley from the hotel. It's also very close to the bear park. Food in the buffet is delicious. Onsen is relaxing, and definitely natural. I would like to visit again very much.

Just a few steps from JR furano station making it a great base for our stay in Furano. Staff was great, very helpful and room was enough for 2 adults with 2 big luggages. The bus from the nearby station was able to bring us to the ski resort in around 20mins. Theres a 7eleven and supermarket nearby.
