The beautiful sound of the river muffles the noises from other guests, because the walls are obviously thin and you can hear people shuffling through the corridors. But I slept really well, the futon floor bed is very comfortable. Also incredible breakfast. Staff so nice and sweet. And it has amazing private (!) onsen baths. For a really traditional and meditative experience, this is the place!
