Complimentary WiFi is available. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. It was a beautiful and delicious meal. An onsen was excellent. I liked the open-air onsen very much(we could book it for ourselves for half an hour).

All rooms are simply decorated and equipped with air conditioning and heating facilities. Bathrooms and toilets are shared with other guests. Towels can be rented at a fee. I had a splendid stay in Hakone Tent. Having my own room was a blessing and I loved the little touches with the lantern lighting & little window teasing a sneak peek of the mountains. The 2 private onsens were why I chose this place. They are tattoo friendly as someone who is heavily tattooed which I highly appreciate. I had the pleasure of trying the eggplant & cheese pizza with a side of Ume plum wine for dinner and it was so delicious. I would love to visit again sometime in the future if I visit Hakone.

Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. wonderful experience, really classy hotel, you feel like in a movie. the shuttle service from the station is perfect. we had a room with a balcony onsen which is just amazing and then the shared onsen is also beautiful. Huge beds. exceptional breakfast and dinner. staff really nice, everything done in great taste to make the stay perfect

The private onsen on the patio was great. Only would have been better if it would have been mineral/hot spring water instead of tap. Breakfast was very good as well. Medicinal Tea Bar was a surprise!

The Japanese rooms have a private hot-spring bath and free WiFi is available at the lobby. Breakfast was great. We were able to have dinner there as an add on, and the meal was amazing.
