We are about 10mins walk to City Center, Pub Street, Night market and Old market. And around 7km from Angkor Wat temple and 50 km from Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport. All staff are efficient, professional and courteous. Our room is clean, breakfast is fine perfect. Given the chance to go back to Siam Reap in the future, I will stay here again.

The service they provide is high level and they are willing to help with all needs and requests. I am very happy that we decided to book this one and if we’re ever coming back this would be the only place considering. Highly highly recommended!

Amazing service and great breakfast, big bonus is a swimming pool you can use after visiting Angkor Wat and the rooms were charming, roomy and well equipped. The staff was so helpful with all of my request & organising my trips to many temple sites. All in all a wonderful stay.

Went spent a fantastic week here. All the staff were amazing, constantly. They were helpful, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. We give this place the highest recommendation.  Breakfast was great. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was massive. Location was close to everything, walking or tuk tuk waiting out the front. It was an apartment with 5 star hotel service.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Decorated in a traditional Khmer style, the air-conditioned rooms come with a work desk. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot shower. Excellent hotel superb friendly and helpful staff. From the moment you arrive, they are so accommodating and welcoming. Brought a welcome drink on arrival and some fruit and a mango juice on check out. They helped sort me a tuk tuk to my airport transfer for free. They always said hello as you passed by and were just wonderful. The location is great for evening activities like the circus, pub street and night markets - all walkable or very short tuk tuk ride. It's also very central for day trips and tours pick ups. It's on a lovely street with fairy lights and lots of food places, bars or markers around. Very safe area. Easy distance to Angkor Wat. 5 min walk to pub street. Small pool area, very chill and lots of shade. Quiet, private rooms. A lovely, lovely stay. The staff make this hotel so great!

The hotel is beautiful and spotless, food is excellent and swiftly provided. The highlight is the staff, who are show great training but also inject their personality and warmth to the service. They are proactive and attentive, but not at all invasive. Whenever you need them it is as if they magically appear. If you are coming for the temples we highly recommend the private tours offered by the hotel. They provided us with Em, an excellent guide, who knew everything about the temples and also gave us great insights to the modern history and contemporary society of Cambodia. The hotel provided the driver, who kept us refreshed with water and cold towels (much appreciated, after climbing up the steep steps of Angkor Wat!). We had a 3-day tour and Em planned and paced it beautifully, so that we visited 20 (!) temples in three days but without being exhausted or (totally) overwhelmed by the experience. Visiting the more remote temples in Koh Ker is absolutely recommended as they are stunning, serene places. Also more visitors by locals giving you a little flavour of local life. In short, come for the temples - stay for the Angkor Village Hotel!
