The staff is professional and very friendly always happy to help or assist with any request. The room was exactly what we booked and wanted for our mini vacation. It was clean, light and the view - perfect! Tasty breakfast and good coffee (what is usually hard to find, when breakfast is included). Just want to thank you guys again and keep doing the good work!

Villa Kale is a lovely new facility, designed and decorated in a traditional, authentic style. It has a dominant location in the heart of Ohrid's old part. A big stone terrace with a seating area is available at the Villa. Wherever you look, there is a breathtaking view of Lake Ohrid, the old town and the ancient theatre. Special shout out to all of the staff who were incredible from the booking. We were in Ohrid for our honeymoon and the staff was above and beyond for our stay, even surprising us with a small thought on arrival. We got a detailed explanation of the city, what to see, and Stefan was incredibly helpful, particularly in arranging a day trip to St Naum on very short notice. Stefan is very responsive and helpful as is the rest of staff. Location is perfect - wonderful views of the fortress and the lake from the top of a hill and convenient for young couples travelling - would recommend.

The apartment is absolutely fantastic. It is very comfortable, clean, great view of the lake, and extremely well kept. It had a little kitchen too and they provided a lovely welcoming Rose (wine) for us to drink. Would highly recommend a stay here. The spa area can be used at an additional cost. The location and the standards of quality are more than I expected! Breakfast was excellent! The parking place is ideal!
