They are very genuine and they can answered any doubts I have in one second. They are very professional and helpful. I will never forget how they assist me up to the train station with my luggage as I was traveling with a toddler.

Amazing rooftop pool area (Skypool) with jacuzzis with incredible views of the city. The breakfast buffet was extensive with menu changes each day. The highlight (other than the Skypool and jacuzzis) would be the lovely housekeeping and reception staff - very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
