The hotel is lodged in five characteristic North Holland houses with a beautiful garden in the middle on the water's edge. The restaurant offers you a good international kitchen. Many famous sights are just a stone's throw from Edam. There are excellent public-transport connections with Amsterdam and other famous places of interest. You are very welcome!!! Famous for its distinctive cheese which shares the town's name, you can sample it for yourself from the market in Nieuwenhuizen Square. Other attractions include the 14th century Church of Saint Nicholas with ornate stained glass windows and carved woodwork from the period.
Everything was super. The room was clean and stylish, the staff kind and friendly, the breakfast exceptional, and a lot.

A wonderful farmstay just outside of Amsterdam - stunning scenery, very cute cow-themed room, peaceful and clean. Beautiful walk to Monnickendam and easy Uber trip (or you can catch the local bus) to/from Amsterdam. Enjoyed visiting the animals - cows, chickens & cats. The host, Jannie, is a very lovely lady, and she also offers kayaks/pedal boats for hire.

Utterly stunning property beautifully converted from a spectacular church into a modest hotel with rooms on two floors. Spacious and unusual the rooms are perfect for a single or couple traveler. Great food for breakfast and at the restaurant. Gorgeous town and a lovely central location walkable from the train station.

Amazing location and friendly staff! The check-in has been quick and easy. The harbour view from our room was remarkable, and it definitely made our stay more pleasant. Also, the interior design is very traditional, and we loved the paintings and photos on the walls.

This place was far beyond my expectation. I can't stop raving about it. It is all designed so thoughtfully. The staff were lovely. The room was luxurious and my dinner and breakfast was amazing - they do not serve a sad looking breakfast but a plentiful one with loads of options for drinks and food. Would 100% go back again.
