Lake Taupo and Tokaanu Thermal Pools are within 5 minutes’ drive from Creel Lodge. The Tongariro National Park’s ski fields and walking trails are 40 minutes’ drive away. We felt welcomed. The parking was easy. The apartment had everything we needed except for washer. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The location has very nice surroundings. It is however not in the town centre which for us was an advantage.

One Burgess Hill offers a choice of 15 self-contained units overlooking the stunning Waiwhakaiho River and native landscape. It provides modern rooms, some of which feature a wood burning fire and private outdoor spa. Great view, quntrail and hygiene both perfect.

Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

Located just 10 minutes' walk from the Sky Tower, Airedale Boutique Suites enjoys a central location on Queen Street and provides guests with a comfortable base in Auckland CBD (Central Business District). Guests enjoy free WiFi. Eggs benedict was rich , flavourful, came promptly. The room was modern, clean , perfectly sized with large windows and even though this was facing the street where there was construction, you could not hear a thing The 24/7 laundry was incredibly useful and the hallways and lobby were clean and inviting

All accommodation includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an ensuite bathroom with bathrobes and luxury toiletries. Some rooms have a cooking and laundry facilities. It was centrally located. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a heated pool and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Auckland.

Baywaterviews in Paihia provides adults-only accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a terrace. This bed and breakfast provides free private parking and luggage storage space. Guests can enjoy sea views. Mike and Wookie were the perfect hosts with the perfect home! We were so lucky we had the chance to stay with them and only wish we had more time. The space is fabulous, well equipped and very clean. The hot tub with the view made it so memorable. And having morning breakfast with Mike’s delicious food and Wookie keeping us company made us feel at home. If you’re lucky enough to snag an apartment here book it!

The accommodation provides a housekeeping service and bicycle parking for guests. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast provided and the hosts were very friendly. Loved the proximity to the city center.
