The hotel approached me on my return stay to explain the reasons and to offer something in return. I appreciated the hotel’s efforts to explain and remedy, and although I did not take up the offer, it shows a very good attitude.

Helpful staff, decent breakfast, clean and quiet rooms, hot shower. Great value!

In Cusco´s San Blas art district, Amaru Inca is set in a colonial house with internal patio and garden, featuring scenic views. Accommodation includes private bathroom, free WiFi on common areas and buffet breakfast is served daily. It has character, it is one of the cleanest i have ever been, the room had enough space for the suitcases, and it is situated at the heart of the city. Also, every single one person of the staff is lovely, friendly, happy to help at all times, and super polite. Especially señora Epifania was the sweetest! Highly recommended!

Rooms at the Sonesta Hotel Cusco feature contemporary décor and are equipped with cable TV, free WiFi and private bathroom with separate bathtub. We liked everything about this hotel. The service and the breakfast deserve 5*. Rooms are good size and clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable. There is hot water always and it was warm enough. There is a heater in the rooms, but we didn’t need it.

Great staff , nice breakfast and facilities.. The initial confusion about what type of room was booked was handled efficiently and professionally. Will stay again.

The location was perfect (approx. 5 min walk from the main plaza). The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice and the view from the breakfast room was amazing. The host Lizi was so friendly and helpful.
