The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a welcome drink or vodka shots as in Polish tradition!! The breakfast was a full one with fresh fruits, cold cuts, juices and fresh omelets. The location was goo. About a 20 minute walk to Krakow center. Overall, an excellent choice!

Like others said - a fair amount of street noise seeps into the room and the small fridge is surprisingly loud but I always carry earplugs when I travel, so I was fine. Karolina was amazing at checkin - very helpful and friendly.
