Located within the walls of the Marvão Castle, at the top of the high village of Marvão, Dom Dinis Marvão features a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi® and panoramic views of the countryside below. It offers air-conditioned guestrooms. Hotel was right in the village next to the castle. Really cute and cozy. Even had a fire in the breakfast room. Room had a terrace with fantastic views of the valley. Highly recommend staying there.

In my case, I was able to park right in front of my building.

It features an outdoor pool, hot tub and free Wi-Fi. We liked how welcoming Victoria was. She was an excellent host. Our room (#3) was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. We liked the proximity to Monsaraz and to the OLA stargazing as both were just 5 minutes away. It was a good base for 4 days with day trips to Monsaraz, Evora and Estromoz. We plan on returning for a fall or spring visit.
