They also offered me breakfast box as i had to leave early for my flight. Really impressive.

Each of the individually decorated rooms are located in what used to be cloisters. All rooms of Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes offer an en suite bathroom. The staffs were so kind, when we found the room was no good, she changed the other room for us quickly . Also the reception were patient to give us useful information about the city.

The property is 270 metres from Biscainhos Museum and 1.7 km from Braga Municipal Stadium. The location was excellent and the breakfast left in the fridge for 2 days was enough to fed 3 at least and was delicious and varied. It was luxurious with touches not experienced in Portugal before such as thick robes. It is central, and quiet . The only thing is the glass door into the bathroom is a hazard as we kept on not seeing it.😕

We were really pleased with our stay at Casa do Juncal. I always expect to be at least a little disappointed in a hotel or local accommodations, but that was not the case here. Checking in and out was very easy, staff were lovely and the place was attractive and spotless. The complementary breakfast was very nice and the dining room was pretty. The location is amazing.

We‘ve been already second time in this property and we love it. Joao and his team are very nice and helpful, the breakfast is great and varied. The rooms are cleaned every day. Just next to the property there is a supermarket which is very practical. We will surely come back again 😎👏
