Everything was perfect. A bucket list dream come true to stay at this hotel. Every staff member was super helpful, going out of their way to ensure we received a 5 star experience.

The hotel location is amazing , it has a mall attached to it as well as the metro station. The room size is very good and clean. The breakfast is amazing they have two restaurants for breakfast, the Asian market for halal food ( which I highly recommend) as well as the international buffet which was nice as well. We asked to change the view of the room and they were very kind to do so. We also asked for a late checkout and they were very kind to do so. The rooms are clean and the daily cleaning was very good as well. The location is very good.

The staff is the BEST, Edmar, Maica and Vannie are always taking care of you all the time helping you in everything you need during your stay, the rooms are clean and modern with laundry machines available. Is easy to arrive to the hotel as there are a lot of options for public transport. The location is perfect, close to China town, Clark Quay, Marina bay, a lot of dining options around available 24/7 including Central and Funnan shopping malls a few minutes away.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us and had such a personal touch. Attention to detail was brilliant and great facilities.
