Booked the delux apartment with sauna during Christmas season. Cleaniness: 10/10. Facilities: 9/10. Kitchen is functional and you can prepare basic meals.Jacuzzi works with no issues and the sauna is quite good. Breakfast: 10/10. It is chosen from a menu and served at the time of your discretion or directly to your room. Staff: 10/10. Extremely nice and helpful. Location: 10/10. Perfect. It is literally two steps away from the main square where you can find the majority of touristic attractions and all services you may need. Really, I have nothing but positive things to say. The apartment exceeded our expectations.

The rooms and public area are designed in earth colours and the rooms are equipped with natural beds and luxury cosmetics L´Occitane. Location is good. Kosice is a small city, so everything was at walking distance from the hotel. Staff were super friendly. The guy in evening suggested me travel mode from Kosice to Poprad and lady in the morning even called me for breakfast 😀
