Great place to stay in Chiang Mai old city - close to lots of different restaurants and attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and even contacted me after we left something behind in the hotel (they kept it until we returned to the city the next week) The TV in the room was fantastic, modern smart TV so you could unwind with YouTube, Netflix etc The pool was brilliant with a nice depth of up to 1.7m, more than normal hotel pool sides! Their breakfast was tasty, and they had dinner options which were also good. Plus, stocked beer fridge at front of hotel 👍

Their service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, included delightful surprise of local Thai dishes. The homemade desserts were a real treat, and they even shared some with the guests, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel surprised us with a stunning bouquet of flowers to celebrate our honeymoon in a room with super and beautiful mountains view a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel special.
