The property is located 300 metres from the clock tower and 12 km from Wat Rong Khun. Chiang Rai Bus Station is only a 5-minute walk away. Chiang Rai International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. I guess we have experienced Thai hospitality at its best :) The hosts are super friendly, helpful and recommended us different places to go and it made our short exploration of Chiang Rai very diverse and memorable. We were allowed to check in right upon arrival with a morning bus. We got the nice reliable scooters for a fair price from the guesthouse which was incredibly convenient. We booked last minute and I didn't really check all the facilities, my primary focus was on location, a/c and scooters, but the room had everything we might need and even more (we found fridge, kettle and tea/coffee which was very convenient). Location is very central and close to the bus station (8-10min walking) and maybe 10-15 min to the night markets, but at the same time very quiet at night. Price/value is perfect.
