We booked two lovely rooms, the owner himself took us to a local beach where we spent the afternoon. Free tea and coffee all day, lovely and fresh smelling towels and super efficient service. The staff are super friendly and helpful beyond our expectations!! They booked us cars for activities whenever we needed, bring you ice water at the pools without ever being asked, and offer great and FAST service any time of day for room service or in the restaurant. Our room was nice and also quite large, air conditioning worked amazingly, and it was very very clean in the rooms. The outdoor restaurant was phenomenal, prices were reasonable, and the pool was very pleasant with towel service and ample seats for the number of guests in this boutique hotel. Great little gym, and pool bar area. Resort was basically at one end of Kata Beach which is just a stunning spot! The water is very warm, beach is not too busy, and it has pristine waters and white sand.

My daughter got sick and we have to leave early. They gave us a late check out without asking. They were so gentle and understanding. Taking this chance, I want to thank Lilly from the front desk. She was just great. The variety of breakfast was impressive. The food served at the restaurants were delicious. Price wise it was both super expensive and worth it. I have stayed in other Bonvoy hotels but this is something else. I would like to come back!!!
