The hotel is a small boutique hotel with spectacular views. The Hafside suite that we stayed in had exceptional views from the balcony. The bed was enormous and super comfortable. The service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious.

The design of the building was nice

A wonderful place in a beautiful old house, surrounded by a lovely garden and with stunning views across the Bay of Tunis. Very friendly and helpful staff, welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was outstanding and the swimming pool a real bonus.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Sidi Bou Said. A must try for all the lovers of small boutique hotels decorated with passion. The view is breathtaking, the common area are an art gallery, the room are very comfortable and super well decorated and the service is a mix between a 5 stars hotel and having its own staff in a luxury house.

Fantastically designed boutique hotel in a traditional Tunisian style, but with all modern amenities one can wish for. The rooftop terrace with swimming pool provides gorgeous views over the white roofs of Sidi Bou Saïd and the Mediterranean Sea.

We would highly recommend La Demeure. Both terraces offer breathtaking views, the rooms have plenty of space for sleeping as well as lounging. The reception and common areas have a modern design with comfort in mind. The staff is available around the clock and friendly. Location is just next to the famous cafe des delices (minus the tourists) in the heart of Sidi Bou.
