Situated right by the Fairy Chimneys, Kayatas Cave Suites offers rooms caved into a rock, a terrace overlooking the town and free WiFi throughout the venue. Goreme Open Air Museum is only a 3-minute drive away. The men Sam(Romen)and Arshii are so nice and friendly,they gave fantastic service for customers. Other people work there are polite as well.

The hotel is placed in the best possible part of Goreme and has an amazing rooftop balcony from which you can watch the balloons in the morning. Keep in mind that this is a 'cave' hotel and as such some rooms may not have any windows. But the cave makes the temperature cool in the summer so we had some of our best sleep here. The thing we loved the most was the staff. They were amazingly helpful and friendly. When it became obvious that our tour will last longer than expected, they arranged for a driver to take us to the hotel early so that we don't miss our bus. They also called the bus agency to make sure the bus stops at Goreme (since the busses sometimws skip a station if they have too few passangers there). All in all an amazing experience and this is not the last time we came here for sure!

They helped arrange transport to and from the airport and treated us to any requests we had for breakfast :)
