At The Guesthouse Hotel you will find boutique shopping that features local artists and designers, a 24-hour front desk, and a mini-market. Other facilities offered at the property include meeting facilities and a shared lounge. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and fresh suite. Stocked with everything you might need if you planned on cooking. We did not cook but appreciated the full size fridge and coffee pot. Found Clorox wipes under the sink (my husband was sick and wanted to wipe down some surfaces). Needed scissors to cut off some tags and was pleasantly surprised to find some in the first drawer I opened. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well appointed.

Featuring designs and décor inspired by the Chicago World’s Fair, every room at the The Royal Sonesta Chicago River North offers a 37-inch flat-screen TV with in-room fitness channels. Rooms also include large bathrooms with designer bathrobes and designer bath amenities. I requested a fridge on the 2nd day, and it was brought immediately. Didn't realize I had to request it at booking. They kindly gave me a discount when I mentioned it at check-out.
