The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel seemed very new and beautifully decorated. Perfect location! We were able to walk to all the places we planned to visit on our short stay in OC.

The room was super spacious, which is something we rarely say about a hotel room and very much appreciate when traveling with our two daughters. It was also spotless clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff is SUPER friendly especially the staff at the reception (thank you Eskedar for everything!), and the restaurant staff (thank you MJ!). The restaurant attached to the hotel is a very good choice for breakfast, although we mostly went out to local restaurants for most of our stay.

The location was perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. One of the biggest pluses for me was that the hotel is pet-friendly — we were traveling with our cat, and everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
