Breakfast had a huge selection and staff were kind and friendly. Great location for doing day tours but also for days by the beach. We couldn’t hear anything noise during the night and we were on floor 15. On leaving we needing a pass printing which they kindly offered to do which was a lovely gesture. The rooms were very clean, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute reservations. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Hong and his attentive colleagues. One small but very appreciated detail was the complimentary bottled water in the rooms, which is a huge plus in a place where tap water isn’t ideal. They even helped me contact a restaurant when I accidentally left my phone outlet behind. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
