Was very reasonable price for a nice hotel, pool was very very nice, lovely pool view rooms. The staff were amazing and gave us so much good information about activities, restaurants and tailors in Hoi An. We had a really nice large bath in our room and the water was always perfectly hot to fill it. This was also our favourite breakfast out of all of Vietnam accommodation. Loads of options and all very well made Thank you!

Amazing place with view over the river. Very nice pool and service was immaculate, couldn’t wish for more. 5 min walk from old town so very close but enough distance to keep away from the worst noice, perfect location. Recommend!

The Phuc Thao Villa is 1.7 km to the Hoi An ancient town. It is located in the central Hoi An but outside the ancient town, where you are really easy to find out any services, such as: food stores, tailors, souvenir shops, gyms, yoga centers, mini-marts or even traditional market (Ba Le Market)... Amazing kindness and good will. The hosts were great to us all the time. They let us in the room few hours earlier. They rented us a scooter and we had to pay 3 times less than normal, since we didn't use it for a whole day, but we did what we wanted. They showed us how to use the motorbike, since ot was our first time. The prices of the food, drinks, etc are less then in local supermarkets. Everything was perfectly clean. They did our laundry and packed it cute little bags. We are so happy with this place and will come again.
