The staff is super helpful - I asked for a late check out due to my flight is after midnight and they gave me a discount late check out rate. My room was also upgraded to a studio with full kitchen. I found that having cutlery and dishes in the room quite convenient when I order food from outside. Bathroom is clean, bed is clean and comfy. Breakfast was good (though crowded - good for the hotel). The cafeteria at the lobby was good as well, I tried their coffee, tea, and beef kebab - all good. Gym room is decent with many dumbbells and several machines. Massage in the R floor was good and clean too. Hotel location is okay, about 20 mins walking to Burj Khalifa, and 30 mins walking to the beach.

A few steps from Safa Park, this Holiday Inn Express Safa Park is located on the famous Sheikh Zayed Road.
