It's really difficult what I liked most in the Hotel. Pleasant personality staff with awesome hospitality. I'm afraid that I shud not forget any name of the staff members who really supported me like own family... Names are: First of all Manager who. Upgraded me and understand my problem on the day one when I checked in.... Thank you Gentle man Rio, Suraj, Liban, Sanoj, Technician from Bangladesh forget his name ( who change my apartment bulb) Manzoor, Khushnuma, Asan, Aditya, James, Kamal, Husmaan security , All the security who opened the door at the entrance, All cleaning staff who worked in the off of Suraj, newly appointed girl from Delhi. ( all are really excellent staff members) ... Director Ramesh ji too.. Who really tried for me to extend hotel dates. I'm telling that my words are short for Chelsea Hotel apartment staff and Management Good Management always give good training to their people and actually it's their culture and grateful ness that they trained every day their staff for customers satisfaction... I'm giving this Hotel 10/10 no. Cut off.. 😊 Also giving my blessings to them for their further career... And also. Pray Almighty to increase Hotel business like anything Surely I will visit again Gratitude and grateful Regards Dr Shelly Bhutani

Level of service in hotel was exceptional. Both room service and restaurant staff were great and gave a nice feeling that you are on holiday rather than business trip.

The hotel is placed in a futuristic area. Even if it's a little bit far from the city center (1 hour to Dubai Mall with metro) and 45 minutes with taxi from the aeroport, but you have the metro station 5 minutes walking. Only for the amazing breakfast, the hotel should be placed to a 4* stars hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean every day, lots of amenities, fresh bottle of water daily, the oud smell and the great space in the reception.. all 👍 The Dom feels like avatar scene, really cool. You can buy a pass for visiting the Expo 2020. Definitely, I would choose this hotel again.
