The rooms are nice, the breakfast is among the best I ever did. Keep it up. It's a key factor to see me again. The general deco is a bit fatigue, but still very OK. There was a misunderstanding about the payment and finally they accepted their error and really made up for it. It was very welcome and appreciated. Thanks for the nice ending.

All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

Amazing resort with so much to do. We went there as a family of 4 with two infants, and decided to stay in a suite to allow more space / babies could sleep in separate rooms. The room was tidied to high standard every day. There is so much to do even for little ones (we have one toddler), from the splash area to the different pools, to the beach and creche. The staff were overall excellent and super nice (bartender at Palmito pool was exceptional!). Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in Ecos Dubai Hotel for 11 day's. We're only home. Our son and his girlfriend moved to Dubai in August so we went over to surprise him and his girlfriend. Everyone in the hotel from the reception staff to the restaurant staff to the cleaning staff gave us 5 ⭐️ treatment 😀 Hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable 😀 Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to see our son 💙
