Beautiful property; sumptuous and luxurious. The lagoon is fantastic! The staff were so friendly and accompanied. Special mention to Marwa at reception who gave us a late checkout. Will definitely stay again.

The exceptional cleanness and the amazing smell of the diffusers in the lobby and hallways. The staff were extremely friendly especially Ghofran which was wonderful, as well as the bell boys and the concierge. The rooms are very spacious.

We would unequivocally give our stay a perfect 10 out of 10. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the seamless check-in process, everything exceeded our expectations. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a city view room to one overlooking the creek. The room and amenities were also exceptional.
