 A very friendly and nice hostess. Definitely again next time!  Everything you could need was there. We even got a surprise welcome gift for both the parents and the child!  Great internet connection,  Very clean newly furnished apartment with good beds  You feel at home in the apartment. The location is amazing, as you're within walking distance of every minor and major tourist attraction that Graz has to offer. It's also very quiet as the closest street is one-way while the rest of the surrounding area is a pedestrian-only zone. The room was beautiful, with a unique design. It was well-organized and there was plenty of storage space. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay there.
