The staff truly kind, specially the owner who made takeaway breakfast because the train left before 7am. The communication went well, even after check ín time they helped to get the keys tó the room. The room itself beatiful, autenthic and comfortable. Breakfast has huge variety and delicious

Clean and spacious room, breakfast was nice especially ham and eggs. I came very late but they left an envelope for me so i can check in myself. I was a bit afraid from the reviews here but although it is an older hotel, it has very hot water im the tub, clean beds and towels and ofcourse privacy in your room. Im pretty happy with my stay and will definetly book again if i find myself in Innsbruck again.
