The room was small but very comfortable, the ceiling has tiny lights like the stars far away when the lights are off completely. The sauna was perfect after a skiing day. The restaurant/bar has very good service and food. Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I am back on Innsbruck again.

Perfect place to visit Innsbruck and the areas around it. The owner is fantastic, as are all personnel. They were extremely helpful providing instructions and suggestions to visit places around. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. You can visit a small village within walking distance where you can find places to eat and walk. Easy parking in the area of the hotel and great surroundings! I have stayed in many hotels and apartments but this hotel in a medieval building is the best. Great renovation and design. The view of the cathedral is stunning. Location is the best I think.

I have to tell that we simply have been over the moon impressed by Lady Isolde. She was one of the most wonderful host that we have ever met during all our stays. She offered us all the help and info we needed, all with a warm smile on her face. The breakfast was amazing, with a nice range of fruits, as well as many other products of good quality, all in a cozy atmosphere. Also, the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, with a walking distance parking. All together, it was a very good experience. And, wait, did I mentioned the wonderful host? :)
