The staff was very helpful and nice, the pool was amazing and empty 2 out of 3 times we went there which was awesome, the breakfast was amazing too. Also our room had a bath which most hotels dont have, so that was a really nice suprise too

Perfect place to visit Innsbruck and the areas around it. The owner is fantastic, as are all personnel. They were extremely helpful providing instructions and suggestions to visit places around. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. You can visit a small village within walking distance where you can find places to eat and walk. Easy parking in the area of the hotel and great surroundings! The location is very good, you can easily walk to most of the tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also pretty nice, and you can enjoy your meal in a comfortable environment

- right next to the Imperial Palace and with a view of St Jacob Church, easy and short walk to the town center - a few minutes walk to the bus lines to Patscherkofel and Crystal Worlds - kitchen is fully functional, with dish washing sponges and a vegetable peeler (if i remember correctly), which other fully stocked kitchens may not have - all in all, a very comfortable apartment - it is self check in but our reservation couldn't be found. we picked up the phone next to the check in station and it is a real person! we ended up walking to the main hotel to get our key cards. Easy access to a real person during checking in, i want to add ten points!

I have to tell that we simply have been over the moon impressed by Lady Isolde. She was one of the most wonderful host that we have ever met during all our stays. She offered us all the help and info we needed, all with a warm smile on her face. The breakfast was amazing, with a nice range of fruits, as well as many other products of good quality, all in a cozy atmosphere. Also, the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, with a walking distance parking. All together, it was a very good experience. And, wait, did I mentioned the wonderful host? :)

What a lovely place in Innsbruck! The area is close enough to walk to town but far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. The building itself is stunning and the the design elements make for a very enjoyable stay. Our room was big enough for all our stuff and to relax in. We also enjoyed using the bicycles to discover other areas and places. Next time we'll also use the gym!
