The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

Erika provided every comfort, even when a thunderstorm brought down the power lines and cut off all electricity for a day. This is a lovely Hotel in a great location, with the most helpful and friendly staff I have encountered. Very spacious, comfortable and pleasant room. We have a nice private patio that was so full of greenery. Nos encantó absolutamente todo!

The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing, the staff was super friendly and the glacier is beautiful. We had a wonderful time there, I can only recommend them. Also, the mattress was one of the best we've encountered in hotels so far.

This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.
